Sjöblom Julglögg is made in Napa Valley, using imported ingredients from Sweden to assure it is made as an authentic Swedish glögg.

We import original glögg spices from Sweden to create Sjöblom Glögg. Our glögg is produced and bottled by Sjoeblom Winery in Napa Valley, California. The quality wine we use sets us apart from all other glögg producers, and reflects the superior flavors of the Sjöblom Glögg. Enjoy!
Sjöblom Glögg is made to drink, not to return. Returns and/or refunds will not be accepted. The glögg cannot be exchanged for different Sjoeblom wines. More information is available under our Terms and Conditions.
Flat rate shipping will be charged within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges can be found at our website. Due to federal law, requiring all wine shipments to be signed for by an adult age 21 or older, a daytime delivery address, preferably business, is requested. Shipments are handled by UPS, FedEx or GLS, and cannot be delivered to PO, FPO, APO, or IPO boxes. The choice of shipping agent is at the sole discretion of Sjoeblom Winery. In the event the customer has a preference of shipping services, Glögg Club Member Services must be notified prior to payment of the June invoice. Once the shipment has left the warehouse changes cannot be made. Returned or refused shipments, for any reason, will be re-shipped to the Club Member. The new shipping charges must be paid prior to a second shipping attempt.
Due to restricted consumer-direct shipping laws, we cannot ship wine to the following states: Utah, Kentucky, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Delaware and Rhode Island. We do not ship internationally.

Production, sales and handling of the wine is the responsibility of Sjoeblom Winery, PO Box 3496, Napa CA 94558. Sjoeblom Winery has all licenses required to produce, ship and sell wine to consumers in the United States. Terms and conditions, prices and charges may change at any time, at the sole discretion of Sjoeblom Winery. It is the Club Members responsibility to keep themselves periodically updated by visiting the legal pages at www.gloggclub.com
There is no fee to join the Glögg Club. When you choose "Club Price" on our web shop, or if you sign up with your email address at the winery, or at any event, you are automatically enrolled as a Club Member. As a member, you agree to all membership terms and conditions.
By becoming a member, you verify that you are age 21 years or older.
You authorize Sjoeblom Winery to (1) send emails to your stated email address, and (2) send a recurring invoice every June for your November shipment. The invoice shall be paid no later than June 30th every year.
It is the Member's responsibility to notify Sjoeblom Winery in writing:
(i) Change shipping content, (ii) Change the shipping address, (iii) Choice of shipping service.
Notifications must be e-mailed to email@example.com.
Club members agree that Sjoeblom Winery will send an invoice in June every year, for the November shipment. Invoices must be paid prior to June 30th to be included in the production plan. Shipping is always added. Taxes are added where applicable. All purchases, including tax and shipping charges, are non-refundable.
In the event (a) the shipping charges change, or (b) taxes or governmental fees change, adjustments will be made without notice.
The quantity and type of products purchased last year will be used for this year’s invoicing and shipping. The content of the invoice can be changed by emailing the Glögg Club Member Services at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than June 30th every year.
Club members will receive their shipment once a year. Club members always have priority over other customers. We will automatically send you an invoice in June for the annual November glögg shipment. The number of bottles you purchased last year will be the number of bottles on the invoice. You may change the number of bottles, or change shipping address after you receive the invoice. We only produce glögg once per year, so this procedure helps us plan production and guarantee your shipment. You may also cancel your membership, in which case any future orders will be charged full price.
Membership may be cancelled at any time, and must be made in writing to email@example.com. A Club Membership is automatically cancelled if invoices are not paid on time. Cancellation of Club Membership results in loss of Club prices and/or any Club benefits. Orders can still be placed at Sjoeblom Winery, but at non-Club Member prices.

Your Club shipment is scheduled to arrive the last week of November each year. In the event of forces outside of Sjoeblom Winery's control, the shipment may arrive before or after the scheduled dates.
Each year we send a glögg survey to our Club Members. We are very grateful for your participation in this survey. It provides great feedback, and is very important in our endeavor to continue making the best glögg possible for your enjoyment.
